It is not too hard to clear your browser cache. Here's what you need to do:

Generally if you are using a Windows PC, simply press Ctrl+shift+delete to clear cache and cookies.

If you are using a Mac, press Command+Shift+Delete to clear cache and cookies

For Computers

If using Opera as a browser: 

​​Versions 10.50, 11, or newer 

  • First click the opera button on the top left corner of your screen. Choose settings then choose Delete Private Data. ( Quick Tip-- OR hold down Ctrl+shift+delete )
  • Click Detailed Options and check only the following boxes:
    • Delete Temporary Cookies
    • Delete All Cookies
    • Delete Entire Cache
  • Click Delete. 

Versions 9 and 10:  

  • Click on Tools and then click Delete Private Data
  • Select Detailed Options and check only the following:
    • Delete Temporary Cookies
    • Delete All Cookies
    • Delete Entire Cache
  • Click Delete. 

If using Internet Explorer as a Browser:

Versions 9, 10, 11 (Windows)     

  • First, go to the gear icon in the top right hand corner and click tools from the dropdown menu.
  • Choose safety then click Delete Browsing History ( Quick Tip-- OR hold down Ctrl+shift+delete )
  • Uncheck the box for
    •  Preserve Favorites website data
  • Then check only the box for
    • Temporary Internet Files
    • Cookies
  • Click Delete.

If using Chrome as a browser:

All versions                

  • First, type the following into your browser bar  chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  • Choose the following
    • Browsing History
    • Download History
    • Cookies and Other Site and Plug In Data
    • Cached images and files
  • Select the drop down menu 
    • Obliterate the following items to clear the cache from the beginning of time
  • Click Clear Browsing Data
  • Close all browser windows and then re-open the browser.

If Using Mozilla Firefox as a browser:

All Versions    

  • First, Select the History Menu and select 
    • Clear recent history
    • (Tip Pressing Alt will make the menu bar visible if hidden)
  • Under Time Range to clear select the dropdown menu
    • Choose Everything
  • Under details, click the down arrow to choose the elements to clear.
    • To clear the whole cache select All Items
  • Click Clear Now
  • Close all browser windows and re-open the browser

If using Microsoft Edge

All Versions    

  • First, look for the Hub Icon in the top right corner that looks like three horizontal lines.
    • Click History
    • Select Clear All History
  • Next, select Browsing history
    • Select Cached Data
    • Select Files
    • Click Clear
  • Wait for the "All Clear" message before closing all browser windows.
  • Re-open browser

If Using Safari 8 as a browser:

  • Go to the Safari Menu    
    • ​Select Clear History and Website Data
  • Select the desired time range
    • Click Clear History
  • Go to the Safari Menu
    • Choose Quit Safari ( Tip- Or Press command+Q ) to exit the browser
  • Re-open the browser

If Using Safari 7 or Lower as  browser:    

  • Go to the Safari Menu
    • Select Reset Safari
  • Choose the items you want to reset
    • Click Reset ( Tip- Beginning with Safari 5.1 Remove All Website Data includes both cookies and cache) 
  • Go to the Safari Menu
    • Quit Safari ( Tip- OR Press command + Q )
  • Re-open browser

If you are using a Mobile Browser:

If Using Android as your mobile browser  

  • Note: The cache is cleared from the Application Management settings menu on all Android devices.
  • First, click settings and choose Apps or Application Manager
    • Swipe the All tab
  • Look at your list of installed Apps
    • Find your web browser
    • Tap your web browser
    • Tap clear data
    • Tap clear cache
  • Close all browser windows
  • Re-open browser

If Using Chrome for Android as your mobile browser    

  • Tap Chrome Menu            
    • Tap Settings    
  • Tap (Advanced) Privacy
  • Tap Clear Browsing Data
  • Close all browser windows
  • Re-open browser

If using Safari (Apple iOS) as your mobile browser     

Note: The following instructions are for newer Mobile Safari for iOS devices, so if you need instructions for an older version, go to the Apple Support Safari Web Settings with your device)

  • Tap your settings App
  • Tap Safari
  • Tap Clear History and Website Data
    • Tap Confirm
  • Close all browser windows
  • Re-open the browser

If using Chrome for iOS as your mobile browser

  • Tap the Chrome menu     
    • Tap Settings
  • Tap Privacy
  • Choose the data type to clear
    • Tap Clear
  • Close all browser windows
  • Re-open the browser

If you are using a different type of browser or mobile browser other than the ones listed above, you may need to consult the manufacturer's Customer Support for instructions on clearing cookies and the cache.
